I just recently had an experience in which i met this guy on a different site. Before our date his profile said he would date a women with kids.(i have three) He drove about 45 min. to meet up with me. We got something to eat and played pool til 2 am. The conversations were great. There were no akward silences. I thought we both had a great time and 'clicked'. I couldn't have been more wrong because a couple of days later he had changed his 'about me' section and it had no mention of his willingness to date someone with kids. He did call me 2 days later. But did not respond to the one and only E-mail i sent him.(I'm not desperate) So, I'm asking WHAT's the deal???

I would have to say that he was not ready to deal with kids. his loss, some guys need to grow up and deal with life, not just "play" you know?

I don't think that's fair to say. Some of us don't want to deal with kids, which should be fine.

In this case though he's definitely in the wrong. He should have been up front from the beginning...Sounds like he decided he didn't like the idea of kids, and changed his mind for some reason.

I have seen some guys that say they are ok with kids when talking to an attractive women with kids until they get what they want (not saying he got that just being general) and then they vanish.

My guess is he found someone with kids to limiting.
