For me, I love sex, and 99% of the times have it too soon with my girl. There was this girl (later became my girlfriend), who insisted on waiting, and when we finally did the anticipation was great, and had great love making. It was worth it! I guess we have to find it in ourselves to figure out the right time. For me, I would rather wait, but unfortunately I seem to find myself in bed with her right away. Which seems to be doomed from start for whatever reason.

It almost sounds like you might want to have sex with someone you feel comfortable with as soon as you can. I get the feeling that since it's been so long and you obviously want it, that you might make bad choices in other areas to satisfy that desire.

I can relate to this one...its been a bit more than 6 years. Im 22...

I don't know how to feel afterwards. I guess its more of a Self vs. Self issue when it comes to that. my opinion!

I am new to this dating stuff...on line or otherwise....I am curious, when is it appropriate to engage in sex if you are wanting a lasting relationship. Not to offend, but so many guys seem to be ready in the 1st 5 minutes. I just think that giving in too soon is not a good idea. I suspect I am right but know that i am older and out of touch with todays practices. Not even sure if this was asked right.

Well sometimes the attraction is strong and instantaneous but is it love or lust

I'd like to get to know you first as in my experience it dont last otherwise. I am 34 tho so perhaps someone younger would know better.
