I have never had a female friend that I did not want to sleep with...even if they did not look that good...because of their personality it made me want them even more. A friend zone for a guy is different than for a girl...
A girl puts you in the friend zone...alot of times that means you are either gay and are thought of as another girl...or you are not physically attractive.

A guy puts you in the friend zone...it may only take a couple shots of petron to get yourself out of it...he may have all of his eggs in one basket right now and does not have the time to start something with you. To a man this is called putting you on the back burner...or a back-up plan. We don't really have a "friend zone" because we still want to sleep with you....

1. if she's not physically attractive to me, or
2. she resembles a family member or relative of mine

but thats very rare tho... guys dont usually categorize who is a "potential date" and who is "just a friend". notice how guys that hang out with their girl "friends" are generally at least fairly attractive?? yea...

Basically if the guy is not interested in you. Your going to the friend zone. The sparks have to be there and if your not rocking his world(by that I mean the guy is head over heals for you) don't bother with it.

the attitude you have can affect the way other see you .if your acting like a friend you will be a friend . try to find what he or she like , be provocative ,there is a thin line between friend and lover , but i must admit that sometimes there nothing you can do and it is better that way because if you have to be someone else it wont last . but if he like sexy girl then be sexy , you never know , you might like it, if you love him but he want to be friend you wont be happy and go with someone else but you must understand that it is easier to change than to make the other change

I throw every girl in the friend zone straight off. To be honest, it's to get to know them before I go out with them. Who a person is is important to me. If I end up in their friend-zone because of it, at least I made a new friend. I need to be friends with the woman I'm dating, because I need to respect, love and trust her before I'll ever consider doing anything else with her. I'm picky, I know I am, but more people have surprised me than not. Because of those friends, I have far more faith in humanity than I otherwise might. If you want out of the friend-zone, go for the penis, it generally works. Is he kidding? Who knows!?! =p
