Why do you ignore winks & e-mails?
I'm curious about this? Couldn't you just write back and say "sorry you're not my type" ? Not to all of course, but at least to the guys who seem half way intelligent....

Maybe they are just confused if you are blinking or actually winking?
Just playing mate, it was there, I had to go for it! Ye, sorry.
Like, don't care. So they don't, who gives a damn? Who are YOU anyway for them to HAVE to answer back? You are just another bloke, a no one, don't sweat yourself about it. Keep winking and writing mate, one day you'll hit the right one... or not, but hey, I'm trying to be a little optimistic here!
Good luck!

my friend do it because the feel they it's a waste of time to bother with someone they don't want to talk to. I have done it one and it was because my computer broke so it was a month old.

I'm guilty of not replying to "wink wink"! To me it's not original, it's like being wolf whistled at when you walk past a building site. Lovely - Not!! However, I do reply to e-mails as this has a little bit of thought gone into it by a guy, and there is no need to be rude by ignoring someone.
Don't forget unless your a paid member on FreeHookup, communication and replies are limited.

Very funny -

don't worry I'm not sweating over it, just a question. I delete sent winks after a while - I think I've only sent like 5 & one e-mail since I updated my profile & started posting in the communities... Truth is I don't have a lot to write to someone with a limited profile with just a pic.

Re: Why do you ignore winks & e-mails?
Jim, I am guilty of not replying for two reasons. The first is that there are 18 year olds winking at me (I am 41) and I really don't think they are serious about anything other than sex - which isn't a problem for them, it's just not what I am looking for. And the second is that there are a couple of guys who I would like to respond to but I feel a bit shy and also nervous. This is my first time doing anything like this - I was married for 21 years and I am just starting to 'get my feet wet' again, so to speak. I think, thanks to you, that I will go back and respond to each wink honestly (if I can, I am not a subscriber so I don't know how much I am allowed to say!) so thanks for the nudge!

well I dont ignore them but I do prefer if I get an avtual omment that someone has bothered to write themselves not just using the default ones...I guess usibg the winks instead of sendin your own comment shows you couldnt really be bothered thinkin up somethin original to say!!

I do not pay, I used to be a paid member on LL, but that didn't work, why pay for rejection:)
no mutual winks means "not interested - you're ugly" in my book -

Jim, I replied to all the winks I received - some positive, some saying no thanks, and now the shoe is on the other foot - being royally ignored!! A taste of my own medicine as they say! LOL
