I honestly don't know about that. I knew a woman who was only a couple of years younger than me, and she was dating a 21 year old when I met her. And about a year later, she married him. And before she married him, she would go to work every night like she was supposed to. Then, after she married him, she called off a lot, because she had had some sort of argument with the guy. Then, almsot a year after they were married, she told me they were separated, but she took him back a week later.

I can only say from watching this with someone I know... what the $%^#* ! Its absurd The things in common, the level of communication all wrong.

I can only speculate that she is a controller and wants to shape this boy into exactly what she wants rather than trying to find a real suiter and work at it?

On the flip side... Older man younger woman? Whats that all about?

I'm guessing the same thing, I may be wrong.

If you're talking about my situation, the woman didn't seem like a control freak. She has a 13 year old son, and she treats him like any other woman would treat their 13 year old children. But, her son is autistic, and he has ADHD. And I just don't trust the man the woman is married to, because I'm just afraid he may try to hurt her son.

I have a neighbor who had a crush on one of my caregivers, she is 62 and he is 49. But I told my neighbor that the man is married, and so she let him go.

No, I wasn't talking about you at all. I had no idea what your situation was. I just find it hard to immagine that two people with a 15 to 20 year age span have enough in common for a real serious relationship. In the case I was speaking about it is a girl 18 years his senior.

She has children nearly his age. I'm guessing when they go out he gets carded. I just cant see how this is going to turn into something good for both of them. He watches rock videos and plays video games with her children. It makes me think she adopted another son and not she found a partner.

Again on the flip side, guys being so senior to the girl they date? What is that all about?

If you found someone much younger and it works for both of you, great! It was not an attack by any stretch, it is my observations of a few situations I have seen.

Oh ok. I can understand what you are saying now. But, I had a crush on an 17 year old, and I was 28 at the time. She played basketball for the local high school, and I used to like to watch her play. And I have seen a few 23 year olds on here that I've been interested in. I even heard back from an 18 year old on here.

Okay, so why? Other than the obvious physical attraction? What would draw an older person to a younger one?
I have never been attracted to a younger man, I can only guess at the reasons someone would be.

Enlighten me.
