Anyone ever feel constantly like they are being watched?I am always like that and that stupid paranoid feeling just sux,Thats why its not hard to notice my ever-guilt heart even when its not showing.

The voices ...oh those damn voices won't shut up.............ah that's better I turned off my TV......

oh yeah, i got that. it especially sucks b/c i have pretty sharp hearing so everytime the wind moves a fallen leaf i look over my shoulder to see who's walking behind me. also, everytime i think of doing/saying something and someone nearby does it not long after; i start thinking: "you reading my mind b*t*h?" at which point i flood my mind with disturbing thoughts that would likely traumatize them... or turn them on; whatever they're into.

and then there's the voices. at 1st they were irritating, but now they keep me company. my favourite is George, he tells me to burn things . it's funny listening to him get lectured by Jessie (who tries to get me to go vegan) because everytime i plant a tree i end up torching it back down .

i kid of course about the voices but if it's a serious problem for you, then just remember the famous t-shirt quotation: "just because i'm paranoid doesn't mean they're not all out to get me!"
