Whern I split with my ex I spent loadsa nights going over in my head all the things we'd said to each other.
God what a nightmare.. now I just hear voices.
Seriously though, you can beat yerself up too much.
The past is over ya can't get it back. Tomorrow anything can happen so why worry about anything?
Sorta "today is the tomorrow I worried about yesterday" sorta thing.
I don't do "going over shit that's happened any more"..it's too soul destroying.
